Q: How do you deliver the order?
A: Once complete I will upload the video to your Fiverr order page. You will then be able to download it. For larger files I will upload to my Dropbox account and send you a link to download.

Q: Do you say the person’s name in the video?
A: Yes I do! These are custom videos. All dialogue is fresh. Please note that you MUST provide the proper pronunciation for ALL names and places. Example: MIA versus MIA! Some people say it “Mee-Ah” and other say “MY-AH” See my dilemma!

Q: Do you do same day delivery and when will I receive my video?
A: It all depends on when your order is placed. I take all the orders I have each day and record all at once starting around 11 am daily. When I run out of orders I end the recording session for the day. Any new order that come in after that will be done the next scheduled recording day. See my schedule above in red.

Q: Are you able to Skype or do phone calls?
A: No. It’s best for me to just record the video and deliver it to you. I work by a very tight schedule and must stick with it. It would be too difficult for me to work Skype and phone calls in.

A: No. After December 22nd I am done for the season.
