PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS
I want to make sure returning and item and easy and hassle free! If for any reason you don’t like the item contact me first within 14 days of receiving it and I will make the arrangements for the return. You will have a total of 30 days to send it back starting from the order date. Returns & Exchanges are not accepted after 30 days.
All print on demand items are processed and shipped through printing partners. These are made to order items. When you place an order your info goes to the printer who will then make the product for you, package it and ship it directly to you. They take extra care to make sure your items are packaged well. If the item arrives damaged or there is an error you can get a replacement. If this happens contact me as soon as possible. *
* You may need to send me photographs of the damage or error in order to process the replacement.
DIGITAL DOWNLOAD ITEMS
Returns and refunds are not accepted for Digital Download items. If there is an issue with the file let us know and we will look into and send you a replacement via email.

If a lantern arrives with scratches in the paint, broken glass, or appears to have been crushed by the shipping service please contact me immediately so an arrangement can be made for an exchange or replacement. Lanterns do ship with mail insurance therefore to file a claim you will need provide images of the damage as well the condition of the box.
Please make sure to check your package the day you receive it. After 30 days I will not be able to offer an exchange, replacement or return.
IMPORTANT: I ask that you read the ENTIRE description of the lanterns in the shop before making a purchase. I provide as much detail as possible so that you know exactly what you are getting. Shipping will only be refunded for items received with errors, damage or shipping issues.
The lanterns I use to convert to electric are real Kerosene camping Lanterns which means they are originally intended for rough outdoor use. There will be times when a lantern will have small dimples or tiny dents in the metal. This is normal from the manufacture and in no way affects the quality and operation of the lantern. Any lantern I use that has larger dents or dimples will be discounted as a special deal in my shop. Some customers have actually requested that I provide lanterns like this for a more rustic and rough lamp. Contact me if you would like the same. I only convert brand new lanterns that have never had lamp oil inside of them.
Orders are considered lost after six weeks have gone by and will be replaced at that time if we can not locate it.
Payment methods, terms, deadlines, taxes, cancellation policy, etc.
We accept a variety of credit cards and Paypal. All payments are due at checkout before an order can be process. We do not accept money orders or checks.
Print on demand items can not be cancelled once the order is placed. A third party printer processes the orders and once those orders go through it can’t be stopped. Lantern orders ship fast therefore you only have a very small window to cancel. If you receive a shipping notice it’s too late and cancellations can’t be accepted.
Per tax law, this webstore will begin to collect taxes when we reach the threshold. It will be clear what taxes are being charged when you make your purchase.

The majority of times I ship through USPS. It typically takes two to three days to arrive after I ship if ordered within the US. Other countries will be longer. Most times I ship Mon-Sat. Your order will usually ship within 24 hours or less during business days. Larger orders will be shipped using FEDEX or UPS.
It’s important that you check you shipping address before finalizing your order. Check for errors and correct as needed. If an item is shipped back to me you will be 100% responsible for the shipping fees for me to resend it to you.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: When the package is shipped to you there is a possibility you will be charged extra custom charges and taxes. Each country has a different policy and not all of them add these extra charges. PLEASE note that these charges are out of my control. When I ship the package the weights, dimensions, and custom description is accurate. You will be fully responsible for any extra custom charges that your post office may present to you. Check your country to see if you will be charged. Returns will not be accepted due to these charges. If an order comes back to me to due to custom charges, whether you never claimed the item or refused these charges, I will only refund the purchase price and not the shipping fee.
PRINT ON DEMAND ORDERS
These products are made on demand per order. After you place your order the product goes into production within 24 hours. From there it usually takes 3 to 8 days before they ship. Then it will be another 3 to 7 days to arrive depending on location. For Canada it may be longer. Please keep in mind that shipping times will vary during the busy holiday season.
Most times your items will be shipped via the USPS. It’s important that you check you shipping address before finalizing your order. Check for errors and correct. If an item is shipped back to me you will be 100% responsible for the shipping fees for me to resend it to you.

These items are identified in the shop. Our printing partners (Printful & Printify) only receive your addresss in order to ship your item to you and contain their own privacy policies. They do not receive any of your credit card or Paypal info.
Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
